We place the signal. You run the interview.
Describe the role and pick an interview atmosphere
Enter the title and what success looks like, then choose structured, open, or mixed — this shapes how the AI generates your candidate profile.
Review and edit the AI-generated candidate profile
The system builds a profile across six dimensions. You decide which signals matter, edit or remove elements, and adjust complexity before anything gets placed.
Confirm the suggested interview stages
Stages are recommended based on your role type and atmosphere. You can rename them, change their intent, add more, or remove what you don't need.
Generate questions per stage and export the plan
Create AI questions matched to each signal, paste your own, or skip questions entirely. Export the full plan as markdown, CSV, or JSON when you're ready.
Three principles I don't compromise on.
Easy signals early. Hard signals late.
Resume-verifiable and screen-call signals filter at the top of the funnel. Judgment, leadership, and culture land where senior interviewers can probe them.
Plain-language overload checks
When a stage has too much to cover, the system says so in plain English — split it, or move lower-priority signals — instead of throwing numbers at you.
Questions are optional
Generate AI questions per signal, or paste your own — the system maps either back to the signals each stage is meant to probe.
